60 minutes of Reiki + 15 minutes of Sound Healing & Intuitive Reflection
This session is a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy healing practice that supports the body's natural ability to restore balance. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and encourage the free flow of life force energy throughout your chakras and energetic field.
During your 60-minute Reiki healing, you'll be invited into a deeply relaxed state where your mind can quiet, your body can soften, and your spirit can receive exactly what it needs. Each session is unique and guided by your highest good.
As I work intuitively with your energy, I may receive messages, symbols, or insights from your spirit guides, angels, loved ones in Spirit, or your soul's wisdom. At times, themes from past lives, soul contracts, or patterns ready to be released may naturally arise. If appropriate, I may also work with clearing dense or stagnant energy, including energetic cords or attachments that no longer serve your highest path.
We conclude with 15 minutes of soothing sound healing and intuitive reflection.
